Biscoff, but as a knock-off Viennetta (Biscoetta?) [@NLi10]

For years I never really paid attention to the little free biscuits with a coffee - and then suddenly they became this thing that everyone loved - and also knew the name of.  Lotus Biscoff is one of the most successful brand-but-ordinary things out there - it's just a fairly boring biscuit.

But my god do some people love them!  And because of this they are now appearing everywhere.  And in a Tesco on holiday we spotted this perfect mash-up

That's an off-brand Walls Viennetta, but with on Brand Lotus Biscoff.  It seems that the official Unilever/Walls version had knock-off Biscoff on top so this is only fair.

I mean - is it feasible that others have unlocked the Vienetta technology or is this going to be disappointment

 It certainly looks the part - and has the same signature tray - maybe the factory gets hired out at weekends.  The ice-cream doesn't feel like Walls though - I'd say it's not creamy enough.  It works the same as the real thing though so no disappointment in texture or shape.

The sparse bit of Biscoff on top, and the fun little layers are both present and correct though.

I'd say that they should sell Biscoff wafers to stab in this to be proper 80s - but they almost certainly do.

Perfect for the Biscoff lover in your house, and perfectly edible.  But I'd rather have a normal Viennetta and some shortbread.
