Seabrook usually make crisps not sauces. There is something odd about there being a packet of crisps flavoured with a sauce that has become a sauce flavoured from a packet of crisps.
Seabrook have brought out Salt & Vinegar Flavour Mayo, Cheese & Onion Flavour Mayo, and this Prawn Cocktail Flavour Mayo. I wasn’t allowed to pick up the Cheese & Onion Flavour Mayo on account of the repetitive nature of Monster Munch Pickled Onion Flavour Mayo sometime ago.
This Seabrook Prawn Cocktail Flavour Mayo really does taste like their Prawn Cocktail crisps, without the crisp part, of course. It went very well with my fishy picky-bits meal. I dipped in salmon, prawns, calamari and tempura prawns, as well as my French bread. Yum.
