We visited IKEA to get a few bits, and naturally some snacks fell into the basket.
Here we have one of the cheaper ones - a small stack of shortbread biscuits with a raspberry jam in them
Why yes - it's Swedish Jammie Dodgers!
A little smaller, and a little harder, and with the white cream filling so more similar to the Fox's version
And overall very nice!
These are small enough to be single bite biscuits for an adult, but it's fun to feel the snap.
Overall if these were at our corner shop I'd buy them equally as often as the other versions- but alas they have decided that no-one local likes the jam biscuits so they don't stock any of them. Consequently this is a lovely treat and a welcome reminder of our trip to Sweden.
