McVitie’s Jamaica Ginger Sticky Pudding Cake Pineapple & Coconut (Ocado) By @SpectreUK

I have always been partial to Jamaica Ginger Beer, I have it most nights after dinner to help with my digestion. I love Jamaica Ginger Cake too, so I was pretty enthusiastic to try this new McVitie's Jamaica Ginger Sticky Pudding Cake Pineapple & Coconut.

It laughingly suggested to reseal the packet with a helpful sticker to do just that. McVitie's obviously don't know me very well. On opening this McVitie's Jamaica Ginger Sticky Pudding Cake Pineapple & Coconut packet, there was a sweet pineapple and ginger aroma from the cake, with a touch of coconut.

On tasting McVitie's Jamaica Ginger Sticky Pudding Cake Pineapple & Coconut, ginger was still the dominant flavour followed by sweet pineapple and a touch of coconut into the aftertaste. This was certainly a flavoursome sticky cake that would go very well warmed up with custard on top. Oh, maybe I'll try that next.
