Looking at the back of the can I immediately realise from the ingredients that this isn't just any other IPA. Another IPA has malted rye in it. Literally my favourite ingredient in a beer, and Jiddler's Tipple just play it cool, and make out like it's just a regular old brew. Stating their are notes of citrus and pine, they don't really mention the rye all that much at all. Is this just Another IPA? I don't think so.
On opening the can there was a wonderful spicy aroma to the red amber India Pale Ale inside. On pouring with a cheeky head, Another IPA had the instant spice of malted rye, followed by a touch of citrus and pine hops, finishing with sweet pale malts into the aftertaste. I was right, this was not just Another IPA. This was easily my favourite beer so far this year.
