 While we were picking up the Macarons from last week I spotted a box of marshmallow cereal for £1.89!

I like real marshmallows - and when Lucky Charms existed in the UK we were allowed a few boxes before they were decided to be very unhealthy and became an import only cereal and at one point were £10 a box.

This is an approximation of that, with less elaborated colours

And less devastating health side-effects

And they look OK too

And as a bowl aren't too sweet - especially if you balance them with a base cereal like I tend to.

I wonder if sugar for breakfast is really the best thing for us, but I'm still going to do it occasionally as the boost is often needed.
