Oreo Cheesecakes (Tesco) By @cinabar

So for dessert tonight, we had Oreo Cheesecakes. I saw the bright blue box in the supermarket and thought it would be ideal for a mid-week treat and something a little different. Cheesecakes often have a biscuit base, and the base of this one is Oreo biscuit, but it also has a generous Oreo biscuit crumble topping on top too.

I opened up the box and found two glass dishes looking pretty with the Oreo Cheesecake inside. I gave it a try, and it was super nice. Both the crumble and the base are made from Oreo cookies, but not hard ones; they are soft ones, which work much better with this type of dessert. The amount of biscuit was lovely and generous too. The cheese layer was thick, rich, and creamy and added contrast, rather like the "stuff" filling in the biscuit. These delicious Oreo Cheesecakes were just what we needed for a treat, and I'll definitely be looking for them again.
