Handmade British Fudge Selection (Fudge Kitchen) By @cinabar

Handmade British Fudge Selection (Fudge Kitchen)

This cute box of fudge was a birthday gift, and it looked really interesting. I do love fudge and enjoy buying a slice at those artisan food fairs or posh tourist shops by the sea. This, however, is a selection of those sorts of fudge in a box, packaged up like a box of chocolates would be. The pieces are quite big and chunky too, I thought that there might be two layers, but it is just one layer of super thick pieces. Awesome.

I had a look in the box and on the back of the packet, and there was no menu, which was really disappointing. I don’t know if it was just missing in my box but to try them without is such a shame. There is a list on the back with the varieties, just noway of knowing which is which, how do you tell clotted cream from the caramel one just by looking? I was also super keen to try the peanut butter one which involved sniffing the chocolates! It was divine though. None of us could work which one the chilli one was, and my mum ending up taste testing that one, not sure she would have picked it, it made her eyes water! The fudges were absolutely lovely, but yes, it did need a menu.
