Orange & Geranium Milk Chocolate - Choc Affair @ChocAffairFT (by @NLi10)

A colleague brought this back for me off their holidays.  While I do love odd chocolates and botanical products I wasn't sure that this was a good combination - orange and geranium sounds more like a fruit tea.

The packaging is very pretty but doesn't really tell you that much about who the people (Choc Affair) are or why they chose this particular combination.

I hadn't really appreciated until I tried this that geranium is the main flavour of Turkish delight. I like the flavour of that sweet, but I'm not really a fan of the jelly texture. This kind of solves that problem for me! It's not a 'whole pack at once' kind of thing, but I do tend to eat a few chunks per sitting as the flavour is pretty interesting.

For once I think milk chocolate is the right choice as with the orange there is just the right amount of sweetness and flavour to balance out the unusual star attraction.

Overall an interesting little bar and one that makes me want to track down other things by the same people.

Actually, rose is the main flavour of Turkish delight but they aren't dissimilar flavours.
