Cookies & Cream Ice Cream Sandwich (Aldi) By @cinabar

It is so warm today. I was commuting, and I came back home on a train that was packed and had no noticeable air conditioning. I stood for an hour, which is not a great way to travel. That is when warm weather is unpleasant, so I knew I had to cheer myself up and have a cool treat. I mean, literally cool, so I opened up the freezer and found this box of Cookies & Cream Ice Cream Sandwiches. Awesome.

Inside the box are six ice creams, and although they aren’t too big in size, they are still a decent portion. The cookie on the top and bottom is soft and very chocolatey, it has a good dark flavour. Not too sweet, but there is plenty of cocoa. The ice cream in the middle was creamy, sweet, and soft, and the combination worked perfectly. They are cute to look at and a tasty, cooling treat. If the weather lasts, I’ll be back for another Cookies & Cream Ice Cream Sandwich at the weekend.
