There was a spicy chilli aroma on opening the packet. As you can see from the photograph the reddish coloured ridged crisps inside looked like they were ready to burn. On first crunchy taste these Tayto Rough Cuts Bang Bang Spicy Thai flavour were reminiscent of a Thai Red Curry flavour. They had a chilli and red pepper spiciness to them. After a few crisps the medium to hot chilli burn started to make my nose run a little. The chilli burn wasn't uncomfortable though. These crisps were very flavoursome and moreish. I'd definitely have these crisps again, as they went perfectly well with my rather messy mustard and salad cream tuna sandwich.
