Rowntree’s Randoms Squidgy Swirls Yoghurty Fruity Swirls (Tesco) By @SpectreUK

Rowntree’s Randoms Squidgy Swirls Yoghurty Fruity Swirls

I'm too greedy to share. It states on the packet of these new Rowntree's Randoms Squidgy Swirls Yoghurty Fruity Swirls "Love to share… with others… with a movie… as a treat." Well I'm just too greedy to share and I'm going to have them as a treat with a white hot chocolate drink and a movie. I've been working my way through the Rambo films lately, so I could probably do with these to try to calm my nerves as the bullets fly and the explosions burst.

There are three flavours of Rowntree's Randoms Squidgy Swirls Yoghurty Fruity Swirls. There are the Blackcurrant & Yoghurt, the Strawberry & Yoghurt, and the Apple & Yoghurt. I know Cinabar wanted to try these too, so please keep this blog to yourselves.

There was a very fruity aroma on opening the packet. I tried the green Apple & Yoghurt first, which was subtle to start with, tasting more yoghurty and creamy, but the apple fruity flavour built up strongly after some chewing. Next came the pink Strawberry & Yoghurt. Again there was a creamy flavour start with followed by a fruity strawberry flavour. They were a little like the sweet's version of strawberries and cream. The purple Blackcurrant & Yoghurt was the strongest fruitiest flavour with a battle of creaminess and blackcurrant almost from the start. Very tasty.

All three flavours were very tasty indeed, perfect with my white hot chocolate drink and tub of low calorie vanilla ice cream. A proper treat that made me smile, especially as Rambo was getting his own back on all those baddies.

Information on the packet; The 130g packet obtains 54 calories per 7 fruity swirls, with a trace of fat, 9.6g of sugar, and 0.01g of salt. Please see photograph for the ingredients.
