I think I might have been expecting a mousse, but inside it was like a chocolate custard, which, being Ambrosia, made sense. Underneath, there was a minty green custard too, so it had a contrast in colour. I gave it a try, and it was a lovely, thick, minty chocolate substance. The mint wasn’t too strong, and the chocolate was sweet and rich with plenty of cocoa. It had a nice creamy texture, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. This isn’t exactly what I was expecting as a dessert, but I’ll certainly look out for any other flavours of Ambrosia Dessert Pots, as they made a nice sweet treat.
