At first I wasn’t sure what element was strawberry in this Barratt Strawberry Sherbet Fountain and I think I was hoping for a flavoured sherbet, as it happens the liquorice element has been replaced with a thick strawberry liquorice lace. I twisted the lid to open the packet and looked at the lumpy sherbet inside, at first glance I couldn’t see any strawberry liquorice lace.
I tried to agitate the packet a little to find it, and eventually saw it quite far down in the sherbet. I tried to get it out and got sherbet everywhere.
These are meant for kids, are kids more coordinated than me? Rhetorical questions I know the answer. Once the strawberry lace was out is was that bendy and soft, that trying to dip it in the sherbet involved a level of skill I haven’t yet developed. Excuse me while I finish the review here, a little abruptly. All the ingredient were nice, sherbet was not too sour, the lace tasted of strawberry liquorice. The packaging was annoying. My black jeans look like I was baking and got flour everywhere. And in other news, I have to go hoover.
