Cadbury Fudge Cake Bars (Iceland) By @SpectreUK

Cadbury Fudge Cake Bars

I remember countless adverts for Cadbury's Fudge when I was a child. I used to have a Cadbury's Fudge when I got back home from school whilst watching kids TV. Either Thundercats were on the box or other cartoons such as Danger Mouse, or something else like The Mysterious Cities of Gold. It was always "a finger of fudge" for me. Although a Cadbury's Curly Wurly was a big treat too.

These new Cadbury's Fudge Cake Bars are chocolate sponge, with a fudge flavour topping containing fudge pieces, and all coated in Cadbury's milk chocolate. They should be a good treat for after work or school before dinner, or any lunchbox. On taste these milk chocolate coated fudge cakes had a luscious fudge flavoured ganache on the top and a soft chocolate sponge underneath. I found them very flavoursome and soul pleasingly moreish. I had them on an evening after a day of exercise, each one was gone in two bites.
