We got it out of the freezer and you could see the two bases, I popped it on for exactly the allotted time and at the correct temperature but it was a little bit over when it came out. I know, I should have checked on it. Oh well we went for the taste test and found it to be a lovely spicy meaty pizza, totally recommend the flavour. Now the whole point of this pizza was the Double Decker element of the base, but I’m not sure it really added to the pizza. It made the crusts a little more difficult to cut into, it made the pizza more filling (not necessarily a bad a thing) but I’m not sure having tried it I’d be rushing out for another pizza with that feature. The sound of the novelty was more exciting than the reality, perhaps that is why this isn’t a ‘thing’. The pepperoni was what made it so tasty, but the base would have been just as nice if it was one layer.
