Omballs Bubbly (M&S) By @Cinabar

Omballs are a thing. They are a brand (character) from Marks and Spencer, and they consist of cute chocolate shapes in the shape of faces. There are bags of mini Omballs, giant Omballs, and even Omball Yumnuts. These are Omballs Bubbly and are my first go at trying the chocolate treat. It looked like the simplest place to start, as they are individually wrapped chocolate treats.

I opened up the bag and found a cute smiley face looking back at me, made of milk chocolate.

The chocolate is aerated, which I always like. I am a big fan of interesting textures. I bit in, and the chocolate was quite solid, as the coating is fairly thick, but it soon gave way to the bubbles underneath. This is a good-quality Belgian chocolate, it has a thick melt that is cocoa-rich, sweet, but still creamy. This may be a novelty Omballs shape, but the chocolate is the good stuff. These are certainly a nice little chocolate for gifting or for a cheering yourself up treat in the afternoon.
